4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as agreed—either upfront, upon completion, or according to an approved payment schedule.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension.

5. Warranty & Liability

We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor (if applicable) for a specified period. This will be clearly stated on your invoice or service agreement.
A.O.M TECH LIMITED is not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure equipment is disconnected from power when necessary
Disclose any past repair attempts or known issues

Failure to do so may affect our ability to perform the service or void warranties.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of work completed and any parts already used.
Custom or special-order parts are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by A.O.M TECH LIMITED (including this website) are the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
